Our sizing is true to size, based on Australian size regulations.
All boots are specifically designed with an X-Toe. We recommend always sizing up if you are unsure, or are between sizing.

We ship orders world-wide. All domestic orders over $250 within Australia come with free express shipping, while international orders include flat-rate shipping of $40AUD.
Please allow the specified delivery time to receive your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
DOMESTIC: 1-2 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL: 5-10 Business Days.International Duties & Taxes are not covered in shipping and will be payable upon receiving your item *Based generally on orders over $1000.
Domestic and International orders are sent through Australia Post. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be emailed to you.
Change of address after purchase is not available through us. Please contact your shipping provider once you receive your tracking information.

Exchanges Only: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders; however, we are happy to provide exchanges for the same product in a different size. Items must be unworn and unmarked. We recommend trying on your boots on carpet to ensure no marks on soles occur. Return shipping is at the customers cost. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to exchange your boots.
Please note we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any accessories due to hygienic reasons.
We do not currently offer credit notes.
Refunds for Faulty Items: Refunds will only be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the product is deemed faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase and details of the fault. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a refund, repair, or replacement as required by law.
PRE-ORDER: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pre-order items. Once your item arrives, we will accept within 14 days, an exchange for different sizing.
General Terms:
All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of use or damage that are not due to a manufacturing fault.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be accepted and exchange/refund issues.

We use only the highest quality leather, ensuring comfort, durability and longevity. As such, our boots are delicate and needed to be treated with the upmost care.
We recommend only using a clean, damp cloth to wipe over your boots.
Never use harsh chemicals or porous cloths as this can cause serious damage to the leather.Only wash our socks with like-coloured items, cold water only.
